You sent a message late yesterday and this was resolved today You provided photos of the box damaged by Fed ex in the message from last night. As we saw by the box it was clearly damaged by Fed ex. We immediately shipped a replacement rotor today and provided you with the tracking number to get you all fixed up. As I said in the messages there is certain things we cannot control and that is Fed Ex. They do not mess up often but it does happen. This was resolved quickly
