Also, we have offered you a return/replacement but you did not accept it at first, then later on you accepted it. Sometimes things happen and there are sometimes faulty item that are part of the eco system of e-commerce.

It's made of the thinnest cardboard you can get. I even suggested to the seller to put the box in another type of packaging to protect it during shipping. Wouldn't you know they shipped the replacement out the exact same way the first one was sent.
