Customer asked for status, was given options of what is in stock and wasn't happy. Requested refund when they didn't want to wait or change, instant refund given. Unfortunately the way ebay puts the word "available" for every item whether they are in stock or not we have no control over.

It says you'll be notified if delivery will take longer than five days. I contacted them after three weeks with no word and they answered promptly, saying this particular item would be another three weeks to ship because it was outsourced.
