When my NAS wouldn’t power on I was in panic mode looking at possibly thousands of dollars in equipment and software to recover. Then I had a thought to try to find a used one, which led me to Nick’s. I had a hunch it was probably something simple (for a pro with equipment to diagnose and repair) and they got me up and running. Only bummer was not their fault but big f you to usps.

Found Nick's repair service and decided to go that route instead. They did the common fix, tested for that and sent it back. Turned out the CPU was also bad which required extra service and specialized equipment. Decided to go with it and am pleased to report everything is good! Nick's maintained great communication throughout. Great eBayer, excellent service, will definitely use again. A+++++++
