I would certainly do business with them again. The item itself needs minor work to make usable. The bits don't fit fully until the inside is deburred to remove obstructions to their smooth fit. Then... the bit and extension stuck together so I couldn't separate them. Pulling, gentle tapping, oil to no avail. Finally froze them so differential expansion and gentle tapping separated them.
