I ordered a 3X just be on a safe side and I wear a 2X in a jacket and the 3X does not fit appropriately. It will not button. And fits tightly around my waist. the 3x is biggest size they have and it fits more like a 1x. Just fyi

This rod has a metal tightening ring (the other was plastic) and is even better than the first one I ordered. This indicates there will more than likely be a third order!
