Customer messaged many times, ultimately refused their shipment, and demanded a full refund. I double checked every accusation made here - every message was responded to (within minutes, with sincere courtesy); the dimensions of the item were provided in 5 different places in the listing. While I never like an unhappy customer, I truly do not know how I could have provided any clearer of a listing or better service than I did.
