I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well.
