I did research online and was led to this, ( APIM ). Fast forward, i ordered the ( APIM ), 2 weeks i got it. I installed it using YouTube videos, and just like that, I'm all fixed. Pretty straightforward install. The part itself looks used but was programmed to my truck using it's VIN and works perfectly. Quick consistent responses. Quick shipping. Saved me over $1200 @ Ford.

The module showed up quickly-within the time window that was quoted! The item was in great condition and packaged well for the shipping. Install was simple (with the right tools and a little help from youtube). It was a great value! Prices on these units cover a wide range. The after sale support was excellent. I would recommend!!

As soon as I replaced my old apim with this new one, my phone stay connected and there was no lag time. Everything works (voice control, steering buttons, media options, etc.). Another amazing feature I noticed too was I get my menu options on the infotainment system such as your remote start, climate control, and so forth. I have a basic model ford so everything didn't apply to me. But if you have a newer model you're in for a treat.
