It is much larger than I expected, based on the measurements on the listing and my scooter's measurements - there is a lot of excess material when in use. I keep the cover from blowing away using 2 bungee cords, but it tends to rise up from the bottom, exposing the lower part of the scooter. I see no clear way to fully prevent this (it has a draw string which helps a little). Quality is good and price is right.
