The item shipped, and somewhere in the process, took a really hard hit, which damaged the sign in multiple places. The vendor quickly shipped out replacement pieces, and I was able to repair all of the damage. The staff was highly professional and quick with all responses to my questions. I'd certainly buy another sign from them in the future. Thanks again for all of the help!
