I am very happy I decided to purchase it. The computer was advertised in Very Good condition but cosmetically and performance in like new condition. Runs fast and a pleasure to operate. It came very well packaged with well written instructions. AAA PCs has professional, polite customer service that I appreciated. When I need another computer, they will be my go to.

The price was good making me feel good about purchase. I am not a Windows fan so today the computer is being converted to Linux Mint Cinnamon operating system. Lenovo makes a wonderful laptop with robust build quality plus the best keyboard in the market. Track pad is great & appears brand new. Good Job AAA PC's!

I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well. Highly recommend this seller due to the fact that they owned the problem when things didn't go as expected and resolved the issue.
