It's cheap fix for replacing 120mm (12cm) fans on a CPU cooler if the buckles that came with it don't fit the fans you already have. As far as appearance goes it blends in with the rest of my pc quite well and is not intrusive at all. 5/5 would buy again and recommend to anyone wanting to replace a CPU fan without replacing the whole cooler because the stock buckles don't fit the 120s you already own.
