Which is a good thing in this particular circumstance. It arrived in "new" condition but the box it was shipped in through USPS was shredded and barely holding together at all. However, there was no obvious damage to the product inside. The value of the seat is above average as compared with other similar items in this price-range and category. Appearance is as pictured in product listing.
