Fans produce little noise, even on the high setting, and if you have the radio on and volume up you definitely won't hear them. Everything was in great condition and looks great on the radio. Since I don't have 3D printing equipment or knowledge then they were a great value. Also the fact that they work very well, moving a lot of cool air over the heat sink fins, that makes them worth every penny.
