Packing was minimal. Computer had no CD Drive. Never thought I'd have to make sure a computer had that. And! I had mistakenly failed to update my change of address via the 4 other locations on ebay other than bill to address. Yes there's 4 more. Ship to, Return to etc. A problem arose and the seller could have sped the process but chose to do nothing .
