They offered to help resolve and fix my dilemma however it was answered to by me being ignored and forgotten about. I ended up paying full levy and import fees and waited extra time to receive this as it was supposed to be a gift to my family. I don't recommend this seller. I really dispise leaving negative feedback, but this instance warrants this. Be good to your next buyer.
