It passed all the components and hardware Dell PC Diagnostics tests. All the keys on the keyboard work fine. Overall, it is a good computer for a good price. It has long scratches on rear bottom part of the screen but can't be seen when the screen is open. The rest of the laptop appears clean and no sign of wear and tear. I did receive a $32.48 credit, but don't know why.

At first there was a problem with my laptop screen. A screen accident, but I was able to get help from the seller, and was able to replace the screen after a couple mismatches, but all worked well in the end and was able to still get it working properly. 😊😊

The packaging and seller’s instructions were excellent. Set up flawless. Happy I opted for highest ram and storage. The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well.
