Arrived STYLED. This was all mentioned in the description. Buyer refused to wash and restyle the wig however how she wanted. Buyer could have washed the hairspray out, if she thought it was making the wig "brittle." She accused me of misleading her and told me the wig was a different color. Professional photos showed all sides and accurate color and condition of the wig (that was barely worn). eBay sided with the buyer bc eBay is a buyer's market.
