This arm listed as new and this thing is so used & abused its not funny. 1rst, scratches and goo all the way up the shaft to ball joint. 2nd, the ball joint has scratches all over it and a huge notch where the previous owner tightened it so tight that it left a divit and it catches the mechanism everytime you try to position it and wants to stay in that one place. 3rd, the bar is bent. Talk about insulting my intelligence... These people should be embarrassed, shame on you!!!
