Was in great condition, only a few minor scratches on the outside but that's to be expected. Windows was pre installed which saved me some time. The battery is in great condition. Ram and ssd can be upgraded if needed. Can't recommend enough if you're on a budget or for a child's first laptop. I've no complaints. Thanks

Although refurbished the unit delivered was in good nick visually only a couple of scratches evident. The PC arrived early delivered by DPD, in great packaging. PC has been started and files transferred onto it, so far no problems, the Wi-Fi 5 dongle works well, and all the specs that I ordered are in place. Gave me advice via email on the weekend. And called me to talk me through some extra software I wanted to put on. He was so helpful and patient as I'm not great with computers. Definitely recommend as computer is so good now it's all set up.
