I ordered a dolls house light “battery” operated by mistake (I needed plug-in) and this seller went out of their way to try and resolve my mistake. It had arrived in good time and is a good quality product made of metal not plastic like so many others, it is good condition and good value. In the end the seller gave a full refund and said to keep the lamp which was a very kind gesture they did not have to make. I can certainly recommend this seller, thank you

When prompted they pointed out that it could take them as much a 7 days before actually shipping, this was in the small print. It is however an unusually long time in this day and age. Overall they shipped after 5 days toal time from order to delivery was 12 days, very poor.

Messaged the seller who refunded my money with no quibble and I was very happy with the outcome. So nice not to have to jump through hoops to get a correct outcome. Very impressed with this seller if only it could be the same with other sellers.
