Not a fan of FedX SmartPost (16 days Indianapolis to Houston) majority of delay spent in FedEx’s control. FedEx missed 3 delivery dates & FedEx service horrible. USPS to PO Box would have been significantly faster. Realize FedEx shipping outside vendor control but unsure why FedEx “SmartPost” utilized over USPS which is why 3 star shipping time.

    Very poorly packed with flimsy shipping box. Shipping box was completely crushed upon arrival. However, the platter was in its original packaging & somehow survived without damage. Use better packaging. Otherwise platter was like new as shown & seller easy to work with.
