So I ordered the last book in the series from this person as well, but it seems to have gotten lost in the mail. So I contacted them, was like "hey, this hasn't arrived, got any idea?" And they did a quick dig for information and then refunded it! No questions, no work arounds, no "oh tough luck, sucks to be you". Just quick, easy, and wonderful! Like 12/10 would recommend this seller.
