I contacted the seller for a return, after that the seller told eBay that they sent me a return shipping label but they did not. Because seller falsely informed eBay that they had supplied me with a shipping label for the return, the option to ask eBay to get involved in the return then disappeared from the options of further actions…now I have to call ebay…waste of time.
