Two issues: the labeling on the hose connections is very barely visible so it's hard to know whether one is connecting to inflate or deflate. Deflation is not as effective as I'd like, I still have to finish it off with a hand pump and the electrical chord is a little short. I like that there is a fan for cooling it. The item took far to long to arrive. It seems the seller took their time getting to the shipper.
