However the courier delivery was extremely poor. Despite giving explicit delivery instructions on the order, the courier just left it on the driveway. I realise STwins do not control the courier but my delivery instructions weren’t visible on the delivery docket or written on the box. I raised both of these issues with STwins who did respond promptly.

They helped all along and they were very pleasant to deal with. My product arrived on the same day I ordered. The packaging was perfect, it also arrived as described on the photo. The dealership was charging me $560 including fitments, but I got the sun visor for a really good price at Stwins auto parts. I would deal with them again next time I need parts for my car.

The sales rep did extra research to check if the part was suitable for my car and got back to me - and when they promised a time frame to call - they kept their word. I received my item less than 24 hours after ordering it even though delivery was estimated to be 1-3 days. It was packaged so well. Such high standards and service are sadly too rare today. Thank you so much!
