But Lee the driver at Southeast Freight brought it into the garage with his dolley. It's installed and though its not winter yet. Here my thoughts. Its compact. My rock wall fireplace would make it look too small if not for the surround. So far I only used a 3 hour log with the blower on maximum. Not right away, but after a while it heats up and blows heat out well.

The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing. Had small problem at start up, customer service responded quickly and resolved issue quickly. Simply a nut which likely loosened in transit, resolved with 1/8 of a turn with a wrench.
