Gave me three options: send with higher cost through UPS, refund, or wait for strike to be over. Was willing to be patient and held onto the item for the 3 weeks of the strike. The item was exactly as described, even pointing out small maks on back of jacket that I hardly even noticed when received. Very solution oriented, upfront, and honest seller. 10/10!
