There were no scratches on the box and everything was intact. The box itself was in great shape and quality. There was nothing missing. The amount I spent was the same as how much Pop Mart initially sold it at, despite them discontinuing the product. The seller provided a shipping tracking number in a timely manner as well. Great purchase!
