Once received, the seller noted that some of the packaging was missing, which I acknowledged and was more than willing to take a small hit for. However, the seller was not willing to compromise and even lied stating I had not returned the valet key, which is clearly included and visible in the photo the seller provided. Zero empathy or customer service. He's disgruntled because he didn't get away with it. He wanted a "small hit" for returning a useless item... but it doesn't work that way.
