There was no mention of that in the description so I’m guessing it happened during transit. Because there was no type of protection provided with the package it self. It was simply put in a mailing envelope and sent. The value of the game was still great, overall. Just the quality of case and the appearance, was a bummer. Thank you. Still would come back for more games if available .
