Der Einband weist nur sehr geringfügige Beschädigungen auf, wie z.B. kleinere Schrammen, er hat aber weder Löcher, noch ist er eingerissen. Bei gebundenen Büchern ist der Schutzumschlag möglicherweise nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Bindung weist geringfügige Gebrauchsspuren auf.     Very good customer service. Postage was very quick. Unfortunately the packaging wasn't enough to protect the item from a heavy blow and it arrived damaged, but zuber was responsive to the situation. Obviously I'd prefer if nothing had gone wrong, but the real test of customer service is how someone responds when things DO go wrong, and I've got nothing but praise for Katie's communication with me.
