The seller tried to downplay the issue by saying the description did not specify it having those parts, but since the images are so far off from reality, that is a terrible excuse. It is also near impossible to contact the seller through eBay, phone, or email. As for instance their email is disconnected, same as phone. Very bad experience.

However, the item was incompatible with my phone. I returned the item after liaising extensively with the seller due to my location. The item got stuck in transit and the seller ensured that I was refunded and liaised with the shipping company to provide their requirements. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with this seller for the extra mile they went to assist.
