Ok, we're paying you $21 U.S. dollars here and all we have is a picture and your ( the seller's) description: so, a GREAT deal of trust is broken when the item only looks HALF like what we ordered. The photo of the item shows a black frame around a white border. No black exists. So now it doesn't look like a framed photo, it looks like a cheap, plastic light cover. I also chose one with 2 screw holes, and there is only one. I show them on a black background so you can see the white edge. I do not state they have a black edge on them. I do say they have a white edge. Didn't bother to contact me. So, I am guessing you just wanted to leave a negative. I do My best to describe them. Custome printed decal. It also shows only one screw due to it would be on the cat's eye on the top. I am only responding so others will look and read my listings. I wish you well.
