Delivery was promised between July 30th and August 15th. I had tracking, which showed only that I had paid. I wrote to the seller pointing out that if the delivery was still frozen by late July, it was unlikely to arrive by August 15th, and sought information. Again, no response. Finally, it was August 16th and I wrote to eBay. They sent me a refund, but not the book. Bah!Cases and Materials on Legislation: Statues and the Creation of Public Policy (Nr. 353631070958)
