I contacted seller and advise him that I can either send it back for a refund, or I can send it out to have it repaired for $20. The seller replied and left the choice up to me. He said I can either send it back for a full refund, or have it repaired. I sent it out for repair but after I asked the seller to issue the $20 partial refund as promised, he declined, and said that he will not issue the $20 I paid to repair the unit. Not very nice!

The shopping weight confirmed it! Customer service is attempting to make me pay to repackage this and ship it back to them. Cannot trust them and I fear they’ll try to refund me to attempt to make me purchase at a now higher price. The bait and switch is reprehensible. Do not purchase from this seller. Perhaps this negative feedback will help them make things right with me!
