      The quality, condition, value and appearance are all great. What the problem is that it took much longer to receive the book than stated by the seller. I was starting a class and needed the book. I chose to buy it from the seller because of the timeframe and it turns out after you order they switch it up and then tell you another timeframe to try to make you feel like you were wrong. I contacted them and just got the same song and dance. If you need your product for an exact date don't order
