Unfortunately, FedEx mishandled my package and lost it, but the seller promptly reshipped the item at no cost to me. The seller was very responsive to all my messages, even as FedEx dragged the process out for over two weeks with repeated requests for customs forms, despite the package being lost. While I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone, having such a responsive seller definitely builds confidence in continuing to do business with them.

Purchased on 2/20/25 , and it’s now3/14/25 and it’s still not here .. there was no shipping activity until a week ago which was the label being created and FedEx saying that they still didn’t have the item ..
