He will counter-offer marking like 99 cents off a $220 item and no message. Another thing that was very suspicious was that there were 3 different sellers with the same exact item, using the same exact pictures with the same exact prices, in the same location. Seems very suspicious. However, I received the item (eventually) so it's not a scam. Shipping was insanely slow. And he didn't ship it out for like 3 days or so.

Item arrives new and is clearly designed as an adult collectible and display piece. I don't know that it would hold up to strenuous play from a child. Head, arms, and legs are poseable and not removable. Tail is used for balance. Excellent likeness of character from original Transformers cartoon. A great value for G1 collectors wanting to flesh out their roster. Looks great paired with their Skuxxoid figure!
