The mount moves\jiggles about slightly but is satisfactory for my use. No instructions come with the product so YouTube is your friend. I installed on my 2024 Mini convertible. You remove the tach assembly's torx screws and remove from dash. I was able to complete installation leaving the assembly's cables attached to dash. The provided torx drivers work, but I used my own torx bits. Good for the money.
