I bought a large expensive musical instrument for UK import and their service was so good. Informed and excellent English communications. They covered the (free ) expedited delivery via FEDEX and got the order to me in 4 working days and helped me pay UK vat & import via FEDEX. The instrument was in Yamaha's orginal sealed packing and in perfect order as received, and exactly as per their listing. Brilliant service.

The seller did an outstanding job, the bass came in perfect condition on the way from Tokyo to USA, not a single scratch. The seller was very helpful to get it pass through customs. It may be costly, but it is a very good investment, the great sound and looks worths it for a gigging musician.
