Showed a new stock photo on auction, sent used one. He said he was on vacation & couldn't get me a replacement in time. He said he would "look into" a partial refund but when I followed up on that, renegged, refused & got extremely rude & childish. I could have sent it back for a refund but needed it as a gift for my daughter for a certain date. Then AFTER I told him I gave the item to my daughter while waiting on him, he clamed up and said no partial refund, send it back, when he knew I couldn't, and had to pull responses out of him. Look at this sellers negative/neutral feedback and you will see a pattern of items that appear to be b-stock /w damage or used & listed as "New"

The seller was very easy to work with and offered to discount or return and fully refund if I'd prefer despite the item being listed as no returns. I'm a bit picky so I went with the return & refund. Everything was settled very quickly once the the item was shipped back. Good seller for sure!

Overall great experience with the seller, super fast shipping, 11/10. :)
