All buttons and the screen work as expected, and there are very few scratches and not many signs of wear on the console. Only downside is it doesn't come in its original packaging, but they packed it so well that it was protected from shipping. Definitely the best value I could've gotten on Ebay for a used 3DS.

My Metallic Blue New 3ds XL/LL was shown exactly as it was in the listing photos and I even got a top IPS screen model. The quality and condition of the device exceeded my expectations, though there was slight yellowing on the bottom tn screen. Decent value given the used DS family market is always getting more pricey. Very happy to get a genuine new 3ds in great condition.

The seller was very polite and communicative and shipped quickly- the item was packaged adequately (I enjoyed getting a page of Tokyo newspaper!). I appreciated that they warned me about the Import Duty after I had made the purchase and gave me the option to cancel my purchase if I wasn't aware of the customs fee- it was very considerate.
