Lots of marks and did not have all uploaded software's it claimed it had; After going back and forth and leaving several messages and missed calls. Seller finally reached out. Lots of my time wasted as they tried to download Win 11 (why place an ad in bold you have WIN 11 when you don't - makes no sense. Why say item is in excellent condition when it is in a very poor condition. Bad experience overall

I had to wait around until the seller eventually sent me the return label so it could be returned for a full refund. The seller did offer me £10 off to keep me happy which I declined. Just be careful if you buy something which is listed as grade A+. The seller even changed the original listing to grade B after I told them it didn't match the item description, this is fraudulent. Avoid this seller
