The seller did not communicate that there was a holiday, so I was kept in the dark about my item’s shipping process. It also shipped two and a half weeks after the order was made, which was less than ideal. The condition of the item also wasn’t as described and seen in the picture. There were damages to the box in places where it cannot be damaged from shipping process. The contents of the product also had scratches, dirt and residue. What a shame.

That said, it was very well packaged, and while the box showed some wear, the product inside was brand new and in perfect condition. I would recommend this seller, but just be mindful if you're on a tight deadline.
