One part of the description mistakenly said 16.9oz, which I corrected asap you pointed it out. I apologized and offered a full refund with a prepaid return label. You asked for an extra free product and said you’d leave a negative review if I didn’t send it. That’s not right. I work hard to run this small business and I believe other buyers will see that I handled this responsibly.

I contacted the seller and they graciously gave me the option of a refund or to send me another order. I ask them to send me another order. Great customer service and willing to do whatever to make the customer happy and make things right. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone!!
