I ran into sort of random glitches, my guess was even though my logic board was clean, that maybe dust got in to the sockets. Seller was more than willing to help. All in all, the chips are perfect, and I am up and running.

I bought six of these Z80s based on the description, expecting 20Mhz CMOS parts. I received the Z80s quickly and at a good cost. However after getting them, they were clearly remarked chips. After testing them, all were CMOS and would pass as 12Mhz CMOS parts. I contacted Chip Datas and they refunded me and sent over a small gift for my trouble.
