Neutral: The shipping was slow. The cars also were simply put in a plastic bag with another plastic bag around them. There was no protective materials around the cars as suggested by EBay's packing guidelines. So, one of the 50 cars arrived crushed and broken. I recommend that the vendor follow EBay packing guidelines for future sales and pack better. Thank you!

Repeated efforts to get the seller to accept a return and to ship the correct item were never acknowledged. Instead, the seller kept offering a partial refund, 30% the first time, 50% the second time and a full refund the third time. Why not just ship the correct item? I am guessing because this is a Chinese seller masquerading as a Nebraska Ebayer!!!!!
