So 10 out of 10 for customer service and the product is good value and has done what it said it was going to do. Took me few minutes to fit and as good as I expected. I am a very happy customer

Item was as described been out in the van today and the tune box worked really well. definitely noticed the difference in power. I looked at a lot of other tune boxes and this was by far the cheapest one and I’m really pleased with the outcome. What a fantastic product would really highly recommend. Thank you for an easy pleasant transaction. VW T6.1 2021

Had a lil trouble installing the chip (My end) emailed supplier they replied back promptly with how to install chip and was straight forward from there. Chip works and have def seen a difference thanks again
